RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research focuses on nanofabrication technology and Polymer MEMS. The former includes electron beam lithography, nano-imprint lithography, film deposition, plasma etching, and etc. The latter includes micro-fluidics, micro-needles for drug delivery, flexible polymer solar cells, and etc.
