主要研究领域及学术业绩：
多年来一直从事基因转录调控、长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）、基因组相互作用等相关研究，如lncRNA在基因转录调控中的作用 (以嗜热四膜虫、小鼠模型及临床样品为研究对象)；脑衰老过程以及精子发生过程中以基因组染色体相互作用为基础的三维空间转录调控（以嗜热四膜虫、小鼠模型及临床样品为研究对象)；神经退行性疾病如AD等的致病机理及其三维空间转录调控，包括lncRNA、基因组表观遗传学调控和三维染色质构象等之间的协同作用（以小鼠模型及临床样品为研究对象）。在Genes & Dev. 、Mol Cell Biol. 、Nature、PNAS等学术期刊上发表了系列文章。
